What is Nitrosol Powder?- Prorsol

Nitrosol is a whitish or off-white powder with the texture of a powdered milk. It is excellent viscosifier. It is completely soluble in water and is mixed with 5mls per litre of distilled water. Once mixed with water it begins to decomposes when stored.

Nitrosol is used as a thickening agent in Liquid Soap making progress. It is stored in a dry place and tightly covered plastic container to avoid picking moisture from the air that makes it clump.

Detergent is a water-soluble cleansing agent that makes impuritbabyd dirt in clothing more soluble in water. All detergents are made principally of caustic soda and other ingredients such as distilled water, hydrogen peroxide, sulphonic acid or concentrated hydrochloric acid, fragrance oil, palm kernel oil, thick ash, and dye. However, fragrance and dye-free detergents are best for baby laundry and those with allergies or sensitive skin. To make about 10 kg of powder detergent you will need the following ingredients: 1.8kg distilled water 750mls(0.75kg) hydrogen peroxide 375 mls (0.37kg) sulphonic acid or HCL 100 mls (0.10kg) Tea tree oil 2250 MLS (2.25kg)Palm kernel oil 1kg caustic soda 3kg light soda ash 0.1kg dried bleach sediments Color ( optional) Note: Always use a container that is double the size of the volume you want to make to avoid spillage. 1. I ngredients: Palm kernel oil Caustic soda Foaming agent Hardener Sodium silicate Glycerin Vitamin E Tea tree oil Colorant Fragrance oil Water 1. Part 1 of 6 Reconstitution of caustic soda salt 1. Put on all protective gears. 2. Pour 1059mls distilled water into a heat resistant plastic basin 3. Add caustic soda into the water and stir. Liquid soap is soap in liquid form. It is a cleansing agent made from a highly-foaming combination of surfactants. To make 20 liters volume you will need the following Ingredients: PAC-R Sulphonic acid formalin or Sodium benzoate salt lemon essential oil(optional) green colorant soda ash SLS or SLES Water PROCEDURE PART 1 of 5 Preparing the PAC-R and Distilled Water Mixture. 1. Put on all protective gear, including gloves and face mask. 2. In a plastic container soak 2 cups of PAC-R in 5 liters of water and set aside for 2-3 days to completely soluble.
